Housing Services Assistant

35 hours per week

£25,586.50 per annum / approximately £14per hour

25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

Location: Grimsby

Join CARE’s Housing team as a Housing Services Assistant and help people take the next steps towards finding suitable accommodation.

This is a practical, people-focused role, primarily involving housing interviews with individuals and families seeking accommodation. You’ll also assist the wider housing team with day-to-day activities, including property viewings, reporting repairs and general housing administration.

Previous housing experience is not essential, although a basic understanding of housing matters and experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable, a good communicator and comfortable working with people from different backgrounds.
