Tenancy Support Officer

Part Time 25 hours per week, with the posibility of increasing to 35 hours per week as the housing department grows           

£23,114 (pro rata)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Tenancy Support Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in our mission to provide comprehensive support to those in need.

 

As a Tenancy Support Officer, you will play a vital role in assisting our residents and ensuring that tenancy agreements are upheld. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to individuals in maintaining their tenancies and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. You will be a key point of contact between our organization and our residents, facilitating effective communication and ensuring that their needs are met.

 

You will play a proactive role in identifying and referring our clients to appropriate support services within the community. By maintaining up-to-date records and reports, you will ensure the accurate tracking of client information and service provision. You will also have the opportunity to access ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and expertise in this field.
