What is CARE Community Support?
At CARE we offer short term and long term support to individuals or families. People can come along to our Open House access points located in Grimsby and/or Immingham (dependent on location). Our term short support can usually be worked through together in a timely manner, and our long-term support usually lasts up to 2 years and designates said client with a 1:1 support worker. Offering guidance to help beneficiaries reach their potential within the community and in their homes.
We have an amazing team of Support Workers who always go above and beyond, offering support, guidance, and mentoring to those who require it.
