Celebrating Generosity and Design: Morris & Co, Sanderson, and Maddux Creative Join CARE’s Community Building Project

This week marked a milestone in our community building project at 86–88 Victoria Street in Grimsby. We had the privilege of unpacking generous donations from two iconic British brands - Morris & Co and Sanderson - whose heritage wallpapers, fabrics, and paints will help us create a space that is both welcoming and respectful of the building’s history.

These contributions are more than just beautiful materials. They will help us transform our interiors into warm, comfortable environments where people feel valued and at home. Every room in the building will be influenced by this generosity, from community spaces to private meeting areas.

We are also fortunate to be working alongside Maddux Creative, an exceptional interior design studio whose thoughtful approach blends respect for heritage with a clear understanding of how spaces affect the people who use them. Their commitment to working with us - and to designing with the community in mind — makes them a perfect partner for this project.
