Join the CARE team as a Support Supervisor
We’re looking for a Support Supervisor to join our team in Grimsby. You’ll help oversee the day-to-day running of CARE’s support services, supervising colleagues, coordinating daily service delivery, and ensuring people receive timely and respectful support.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support staff across CARE’s support team

Coordinate daily service delivery, including at Open House

Provide guidance with client work and ensure accurate records

Act as a Safeguarding Deputy, supporting safe working practices
Essential Qualities:

Experience in support, housing, or social care

Confidence supervising or mentoring colleagues

Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Ability to remain calm and practical in busy situations

A commitment to CARE’s mission of easing poverty and homelessness
