We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team that has passion, knowledge, experience of and commitment to the delivery of high quality and innovative services for people across Grimsby and NE Lincs ensuring the very best outcomes.

 

This role is dynamic and varied, leading the day-to-day operations of the charity and all services delivered including both free and charged for services, as well as our charity shop in Cleethorpes. You will also ensure that efficient and effective processes are in place and maintain all office systems including the oversight of financial, business and operations reporting and oversee Health & Safety obligations.

 

You will lead the progress of delivery of the organisation’s mission, vision and strategy and will manage the Admin and Operations team, and the CARE charity shop team. You will also have access to professional development opportunities to enhance your leadership and management skills.
