Housing Manager
Full Time 37.5 hours per week £32,500 per year
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our mission to provide comprehensive support to those in need.
As a Housing Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage our housing services, ensuring high-quality support for vulnerable individuals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing housing policies and procedures to create a framework that promotes the well-being and independence of our residents. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding and supporting a team of housing support workers and tenancy officers, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment. You will also have the opportunity to access ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and expertise in the field of housing.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with external stakeholders such as landlords and agencies to secure suitable accommodation for our clients. Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords will be essential to provide stable and sustainable housing solutions. Your expertise and knowledge in the housing sector will contribute to identifying and securing appropriate housing options for our residents.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards is of utmost importance. You will monitor and evaluate service delivery to continuously improve the quality of support we provide. By staying up to date with industry best practices and developments, you will ensure our housing services meet the evolving needs of our residents and align with regulatory requirements.
