Lease to CARE
We become your tenant for a 2-year lease. We handle the tenancy agreement and set everything up with you. From the start, you know exactly how long the lease runs and what to expect.

We manage tenants
Our Housing Services team supports day-to-day needs. We take care of tenant communications, support plans, and tenancy management. You don’t need to deal with tenants directly — our team handles it all.

You get paid
Rent arrives on time, every 4 weeks. Payments are scheduled and tracked by our team. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of rent, including the 4% + VAT management fee.

Lease renewal
The lease can continue for another 2 years. At the end of the lease period, we review the property with you. If you’re happy, the lease is renewed for a further 2 years. If you prefer not to renew, the property is returned in good condition.
